Domestic Orders:

Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless USPS Priority Mail is selected at checkout. First Class delivery will take 3-7 business days from when your order is shipped pending on unforeseen delays. Priority Mail will take 2-3 business days from when your order is shipped pending no unforeseen delays.
The estimated delivery date in checkout is based on your delivery address and shipping option you've selected.


International Orders: 
All international orders are subject to shipping fees and duties & taxes once passed through customs. You can contact your local customs agency for any questions regarding duty and tax.
Australia and New Zealand orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International and then transferred to the local postal service once clearing customs. Delivery can take 4-8 weeks from your order to be delivered, including unforeseen delays. All orders are shipped from Arizona, United States.

We do not guarantee on time shipments, we will do our best to ship out in a timely manner. Customers are responsible for giving accurate information. Customers will be charged for shipping fees associated with a replacement pack due to incorrect shipping address submission. If your order is denied due to incorrect shipping address, you will not be refunded for shipping costs.
